Our Services<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1392\">CIDB Solutions Ltd provides remote accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, company-formation, VAT, CIS, and business-compliance advisory services within the UK.<br data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1138\" \/>All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.<br data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1213\" \/>Engagement begins only once a signed <strong data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1271\">Engagement Letter<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1296\">Service Agreement<\/strong> and relevant identification under the <strong data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1372\">Money Laundering Regulations 2017<\/strong> have been received.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1397\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1433\"><strong data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1433\">3. Professional Obligations<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1758\">We operate under UK accounting standards and HMRC Agent Guidelines.<br data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1505\" \/>All services are performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified personnel.<br data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1589\" \/>However, final responsibility for filing accuracy and disclosure remains with the client unless CIDB Solutions Ltd is expressly appointed as the authorised filing agent.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1763\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1798\"><strong data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1798\">4.
